US Demand for Household Cooking Appliances to Reach $9.6 Billion in 2021


Cleveland, OH, January 8, 2017 — US household cooking appliance demand is forecast to total $9.6 billion in 2021, according to Household Cooking Appliances: United States, a report recently released by Freedonia Focus Reports. Increasing housing starts as well as the need for replacement appliances in existing homes will drive gains over the forecast period.

Demand for electric household cooking appliances is projected to remain the largest of any segment through 2021. Gains will be driven by growth in housing starts and disposable income levels.
