US Refined Tin Demand to Reach 45,300 Metric Tons in 2022


Cleveland, OH, February 7, 2018 — US refined tin demand is forecast to reach 45,300 metric tons in 2022, according to Tin: United States, a report recently released by Freedonia Focus Reports. Suppliers are expected to benefit from continued growth in metal packaging shipments, chemicals shipments, and construction activity.

Tin consumption in chemicals is expected to represent the largest discrete segment in 2022, and is forecast to exhibit the fastest growth.
